The first week.chemical diet

Daily breakfast: eggs or yolks + half of an orange or grapefruit
Lunch and dinner: by day, shown in the same order

Saturday (lunch): fruit one class in any quantity (Orange/Tangerine/crepe/PEAR/apples/peaches/melons)
Saturday (dinner): grilled steak or lean minced + power

Sunday (lunch): boiled or grilled chicken pieces, skin removed well + tomato + onion orange or grapefruit
Sunday (dinner): 2 boiled egg + salad + 1 toast, toasted bread loaf quarterly + orange or grapefruit

Monday (lunch): cheese, wholemeal or white cheese without creamy or salt + 1 or a quarter loaf of bread toast roasted tomato + 1 or a piece of grilled meat + option.

Tuesday (lunch): fruit one class in any quantity as stated above or boiled eggs + cottage cheese + poached vegetables
Tuesday (dinner): a piece of roast beef + salad or boiled two eggs poached vegetables + + tomato

Wed (lunch): 3 egg + vegetables boiled Zucchini or beans or spinach

-This is somewhat chemical diet, does not like change for lunch, dinner, and vice versa.
